In collaboration with E-learning experts, this comprehensive sales training program has been designed to increase the retail sales force knowledge, both in general competencies regarding hardwood flooring and specifically in selling the added value offered by Mercier’s products, noted Barbara Manivet, Mercier’s marketing coordinator.
