AUSTIN, TEX.—When times are challenging, professionals step up their educational knowledge. It is that attitude behind the Flooring Contractor Association’s (FCICA) 27th annual convention, which will be held here, March 9 to 11.

Day one kicks things off with FCICA’s general counsel, Sloan Bailey of Flynn/Williamson understanding and negotiating different contract issues. There will also be four roundtables sessions available on recycling, Web site design, lift equipment and expanding into new markets.
