LOS ANGELES— Bentley Prince Street was the recipient of the 2008 CalRecycle Sustainable Business Award from the California Integrated Waste Management Board’s Waste Reduction Awards Program (WRAP).

The award honors businesses that have taken extraordinary measures to reduce waste by cutting the amount of trash produced, conserving resources and reducing waste disposal in landfills.

The board said Bentley distinguished itself with extraordinary measures to reduce waste at every stage of the manufacturing process and find numerous ways to build sustainability into its business model.
