At a meeting in Karastan’s New York showroom, Allied Chemical invited some local retailers and introduced them to three new products made of Anso V Worry-Free fiber. The event took place in May of 1987 and shown in the photo are Ted Einstein, left, of Einstein Moomjy, a premier New York City retailer; Larry Owens, center, president of Karastan, and Richard Prinstein, Allied’s director of merchandising, marketing and advertising. The products on display? Landmark, Eloquence and Royal Velvet.
