NEW YORK—INSTALL NYC announced that it will host a New York Regional Floor Symposium on Thursday, Nov. 6 at the Sheraton New York City Hotel & Towers in Manhattan.

“This program is a one-day trade show and professional education event which will include exhibits provided by leading mills and educational sessions designed to give architects, facility managers, interior designers and other design professionals the latest innovations and technologies available in the industry,” said David Meberg, president and CEO of Consolidated Carpet.

Continuing education unit credits will be provided to architects and interior design professionals who attend continuing education sessions, he added.

INSTALL NYC is expected to attract over 200 design professionals from the New York City area. The program will offer participants a full program of events including:

• Overview of the latest technologies, products and services from leading flooring manufacturers.

• INSTALL certification demonstrations.

• In-depth education sessions by industry experts (credits for AIA/IIDA/IFMA members).

• Networking opportunities for design and construction industry professionals.
