AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND — September 18, 2008 — Lincoln Capital Partners (Carpet Court, The Floor Store) and Resource and Financial Management Systems, ( RFMS, Inc.) are pleased to announce the formation of an alliance that will strengthen both companies’ position in the marketplace. Carpet Court, the largest flooring retailer in New Zealand with 60 locations, has implemented the RFMS Core Business Management Software System along with the estimating powerhouse, Measure by RFMS, in five Carpet Court locations as part of a proof of concept. With the overwhelming success of the proof of concept, Lincoln Capital Partners has completed a deal with RFMS, Inc. that will eventually implement the RFMS business management system and the Measure by RFMS graphical estimating software throughout all of their stores. This agreement will give Carpet Court exclusive use of the Core Business Management Software System in New Zealand.
