UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J.—Hunter Douglas has acquired the assets of Acme Window Coverings, a longstanding fabricator and distributor of Hunter Douglas custom products, located in Willowbrook, Ill.

Acme’s sales organization will continue to support its existing dealer base under the direction of its president, Joe Tantillo. Josh Krengel will serve as a consultant for a time to ensure a smooth transition.

Hunter Douglas will be transferring Acme’s fabrication operations to Hunter Douglas Fabrication in Cumberland, Md. The Cumberland facility is Hunter Douglas’ largest fabrication site.
