SALEM, N.J.— Mannington Mills has named ceramic tile industry veteran Jim Dougherty as its director of ceramic business.

Dougherty brings more than 30 years of tile industry experience to Mannington and has worked in a variety of facets including distribution, product development and marketing. Most recently at Florim USA, he has also worked for Crossville and Interceramic.

Dougherty replaces Zack Zehner, who was promoted to vice president, commercial hard surface.
