Article Number: 3439

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, ILL.—With the abundance of environmental education available to consumers today, the Chicago Floorcovering Association (CFA) wants to make sure dealers, designers and installers are in the eco-know.

To help in that effort, CFA is holding “Going Green,” an educational event featuring the latest environmentally friendly offerings from companies such as Shaw Industries, Leggett & Platt, All Tile and FlorStar.

The sessions are aimed at increasing industry awareness and education when it comes to today’s green products and practices, noted CFA’s Cecil Treadway.

The event will take place July 15 at the Technical Learning Center here and will be split into two sessions—9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The sessions are free to CFA and ASID members and $39.95 for all nonmembers. Space is limited for each session and will be on a first come, first serve basis.

For more information or to register, please call Treadway at 800.627.1299.
