UFLOOR Systems, Inc., the North American subsidiary of the Uzin-Utz Group, Germany’s premier manufacturer of high quality floor covering installation systems, has entered in to a new full-line distribution partnership with the Denver Hardwood Company in Denver, Colorado. The Denver Hardwood Company will now stock and distribute the entire UFLOOR Systems range of premium UZIN adhesives and Pallmann waterborne wood floor finishes, as well as its new Wolff-branded Cobra Sanding Machines.

UFLOOR Systems, after acquiring the rights to produce and market the Cobra and King Cobra sanding machines under its Wolff subsidiary, opened a brand new 6,500 square-foot service center and warehousing facility in Denver. The new service center is dedicated to machine sales, service and replacement parts distribution for the Cobra Sanders (formerly known as the Prosand Super 8 and Super 10).This facility also serves as the U.S. warehouse and distribution center for the UZIN adhesives and UFLOOR Systems’ Pallmann finishes.

With the Denver Hardwood Company now right in UFLOOR Systems “backyard,” national sales manager Larry Subervi conducted several training seminars for area wood flooring professionals, and the Pallmann line quickly won the approval of the local Denver contractor base. The Denver Hardwood Company will soon open a brand new showroom, where it will regionally distribute UZIN adhesives, Pallmann sealers and finishes, as well as the new Cobra sanding machines.
