BOCA RATON, FLA.— Leonard Gould has been promoted to president of Q.E.P. Co. He replaces Lewis Gould who will remain as chairman and CEO of the installation products supplier.

Leonard has been with Q.E.P. since 1993 and since 1998 was senior vice president of retail accounts. In his new position, he will retain his current sales responsibilities, but will also be responsible for all operating aspects of the company.

Q.E.P. markets approximately 3,000 specialty products under the brand names Q.E.P., Roberts and Capitol. and sells them in 49 countries.
