LAGRANGE, GA.—InterfaceFLOR recently announced some senior level management restructuring, naming Joyce La Valle senior vice president of marketing, Gerald Bogue senior vice president of market segments, and Pieter van der Toorn senior vice president of sales.

La Valle will continue to work closely with the A&D community and internal associates on Mission Zero, Interface’s mission to eliminate negative environmental impacts by the year 2020. “As our customer base becomes increasingly savvy around environmental issues, it’s more critical than ever that our external messaging provides authentic, transparent and informative content that links our products with our company’s core mission toward sustainability.”

Bogue brings 20 years of sales experience to his new position and will help drive sales efforts in the company’s key market segments. He will also direct Interface’s diversity initiative and oversee sustainability managers.
