MARBLE HLL, GA, January 26, 2008— Wools of New Zealand hosted its annual Product Innovation Awards at Domotex 2008 with a record number of entries from across the globe. The competition is aimed at encouraging new and commercial color and styling developments in New Zealand wool for yarns, carpets and rugs.

CH Designs, a Wools of New Zealand Brand partner in the U.S., entered English Rose in the Rug Design category and was the proud winner of the Bronze award. “Wools of New Zealand’s Innovation Competition received an amazing range of creative entries from all over the world,” says Charley Hobgood, President and CEO of CH Designs, Inc. “We were up against rug designs submitted from Italy, Japan, Switzerland, China and Germany and were extremely proud to be the only U.S. winner.”

English Rose is a brilliantly colored handcrafted rug from CH Designs, Inc. Collection I. It was designed in collaboration between Charles Hobgood of CH Designs, Inc. and Circe Lucas of Circe Design.
