Dalton—Research shows consumers are taking steps to live in a more environmentally responsible world. With that in mind, DuPont is hosting the “Rethink What’s Possible” Web site (www.rethinkwhatspossible.com), an online forum to examine environmental responsibility in the areas of home decorating and remodeling, providing industry experts and consumers with a platform to share their ideas—new and traditional—for ‘greening’ the home.
Some of the topics already featured include: “Sustainability and Style: Eco Decorating 101,” “Your Path to a Greener Home,” “Five Simple Tips Toward Decorating Green,” “Go Green; Go Healthy…Go Easy—Simple Ways for Parents to Green Their Homes” and “How ‘Clean’ Is Your Carpet?”
Currently, site visitors can find entries and conversations featuring Frank Endrenyi,
Mohawk Industries’ vice president of sustainable development, and Danny Seo, environmental lifestyle expert.
Coming up on the site will be a conversation on “Flooring Tips.” DuPont is encouraging those interested to visit the informational site every week.
