Troy, N.C.—Bruce Hric has been given the permanent position of president and CEO of Capel Industries, where he had been serving as interim president and CEO for the past 14 months.

“This is an exciting time for Capel,” he said, “and I am looking forward to taking on the challenges of today’s industry and building on Capel’s 90 years of stellar performance.” Over the past year, Hric has focused on product development, strengthening key industry relationships and reinvigorating Capel’s braided rug manufacturing efforts.

Prior to being with Capel, Hric served as vice president of Koury Corp. for 13 years, vice president of finance and administration for Interline Furniture for two years and had worked with Flynt Fabrics for eight years.
