(Wayne, New Jersey) LiquiTec Industries, Incorporated has been retained by Wachovia Bank to oversee and coordinate the liquidation of the inventory and other personal property of, now defunct, Hoboken Floors and its subsidiary operation SPI Floors, LLC in conjunction with Realization Services, Inc. LiquiTec, the liquidation arm of AccuVal Associates, Incorporated, has now begun the orderly liquidation of over $50,000,000 of flooring inventory, including tile, hardwood floors, carpet, finishes, accessories, tools, and related inventory.

Until recently, Hoboken Floors was the top independent hard surface flooring distributor in the country, with more than 20 branches and 600 employees at its peak. Hoboken distributed a variety of brands including Faus, Armstrong, Domco, Azrock, Mirage, BR111, Woods of Distinction, Tiles of Distinction, Designer’s Choice carpet, and Studio Ceramics tile.
