Meyer's Wood-Vac is an engineered dust collection system that uses a positive displacement blower with a high efficiency cyclone separator and high capacity cartridge filter to provide exceptional dust collection from start to finish even on the largest jobs.

Most wood flooring job sites call for long lengths of small diameter hoses, which can cause significant reduction in the suction power over the course of the job. Additional loss of airflow can be experienced if the filters are not cleaned frequently.

The Woody-Vac utilizes a positive displacement blower to maintain a constant flow of air that is unaffected by changes in vacuum hose length or changes in the air filter. In addition, the Woody-Vac system features a high efficiency cyclone separator that removes 99.9% of the dust and debris from the air stream before it gets to the filter, reducing the frequency the filter needs cleaning.

Other features include: easy access filter door, dual air inlets allowing two operators to work independently, easy to read pressure and vacuum gauges, large 30 gallon dust canister, relief valve to prevent excessive strain on unit, and 2 year warranty on machine components.

The Woody-Vac has a Kohler 12HP gas engine with electric start battery, and is also available as an electric unit for cart mounted portability. The standard accessory package includes a 300' capacity hose reel, and both 2" and 1.5" crush proof non-marking hoses along with swivel hose cuffs, steel hose connectors, Y adapters, and hose adapters for each size hose.
