LaGrange, Ga.— Milliken said all of its modular flooring products have been certified to the Sustainable Carpet Assessment Draft Standard NSF 140, the new top green carpet standard.

Also, Milliken said products with its ESP backing have met California Platinum Environmentally Preferable Products certification.

Scientific Certification Systems, an independent certifier of environmental, sustainability, oversees the processes in determining standard requirements and points for multiple product reviews.

Milliken was recently given the 2006 Business Environmental Purchasing and Sustainability Award from Massachusetts. All products are PVC and chlorine-free and 100% recyclable.
