Woodbury, N.J.— Carpet Dealer Management System ( CDMS) announced its much anticipated Version 8.05 program is set to be released by year’s end.

Version 8.05 will include an interface which allows users from any computer or tablet PC to send their information directly into the company’s Floor Wizard Estimating package by pressing a key on their keyboard, according to Cathy Welsh, CDMS’ president. It also provides the ability to draw and measure the desirable area for an accurate estimate and works with all types of flooring materials.

In addition, CDMS has improved its B2B real-time PO characteristic to permit the entering of up to six job cuts on a purchase order through the invoice maintenance or point of sale entry feature, said Welsh, returning the confirmation and ship date in seconds.

Finally, CDMS has included a miscellaneous cash disbursement history file that accumulates these disbursments for as long as needed.
