GLEN ELLYN, ILL.—The Ceramic Tile Distributors Association (CTDA) opened registration for pilot testing of its certified Ceramic Tile Salesperson (CCTS) program at the association’s recent Management Conference.

The CCTS program was developed by ceramic tile professionals with the assistance of Southern Illinois University. Successful completion of the CCTS demonstrates industry knowledge and the necessary skills set to meet customers’ growing demands in the ceramic tile business. It is designed for ceramic tile sales professionals with at least two years in the industry.
