Article Number: 11593

Casalgrande, 3 October 2018 - The colours and the light of Sardinia condensed into ceramic material. CERASARDA brings to CERSAIE 2018 all the magic of a Mediterranean land with ancient traditions and never-ending charm.

In Bologna from 24 to 28 September, at the major international trade-fair event dedicated to ceramics and bathroom furnishings, CERASARDA has presented the exclusive OT 07026 wall tile collection, completing its range of design items. This unique line tells us of the beauty of the sea and the Sardinian hinterland, emphasizing the typical island contrasts. >From the raw, essential quality of the Sardinian hinterland to the rugged areas of the Barbagia, right down to the marine atmospheres of the coasts and the sky, OT 07026 ceramics highlight the fascination of these colours thanks to the use of the characteristic vitreous glazes that allow the essence of the ceramic material to show through.

The OT 07026 furnishing items collection, too, which comprises twelve pieces offered in various hues, also reflects the typical colours of the Costa Smeralda. This range of design items is the result of a set of complementary, top-level skills; created by the master craftsmen of Faenza, it was then given the finishing touches in the Cerasarda art workshops.

Also featuring at the trade fair was ABITARE LA TERRA, the original project devised by ceramicist Maria Luisa Brighenti for the Cerasarda Design department, which has produced a collection marked by a strong material quality, harmonic, contrasting colour tones and exclusive decorations. This is a project that combines the knowledge of the craftsman with cutting-edge ceramic technology to enable an infinite number of solutions to be created for floor and wall tiling.
