Scandian Wood Floors has announced the addition of two Regional Sales Manager positions to service its ever growing distribution network. Both individuals, Lance Kummer and Derick Brink, have proven track records in the Flooring Industry, and are the first two Regional Sales Managers in the company.

Lance Kummer will have sales responsibility for the West Coast. Lance joins Scandian Wood Floors with a wealth of flooring experience and knowledge. His background includes working in Retail Sales and installation as well as manufacturing sales. “Lance Kummer’s professionalism, integrity and industry knowledge is critical to Scandian’s success as we build the brand in North America”, said Fabio Scandian, VP Operations, Scandian Wood Floors. Kummer held positions with Bruce and Columbia Flooring prior to joining Scandian. Kummer will live in Southern California.

Scandian Wood Floors USA is also proud to announce that Derick Brink has joined the organization as their new Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast. Derick has over 8 years experience in various marketing and sales management roles within the wood flooring industry. ‘We look forward to Derick’s contribution to our wood flooring operations in the US’ said Fabio Scandian V.P. of Operations ‘his experience in the wood flooring business is what we strive for when hiring new managers in the organization’. ‘We are developing an excellent team of industry professionals to build the Scandian Brand in the North America”, said Scandian.
