Calhoun, GA – It is with great sadness that Faus Group, Inc. (“Faus”) announced today that Mr. Andres Faus, founder of Faus Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors until December 2005, passed away May 16 in Gandia, Valencia, Spain.

Mr. Faus had been diagnosed with an illness a few months ago. It was this illness that ultimately caused his untimely death Tuesday evening. He was 68.
