Lamanator Plus was designed specifically for laminate flooring by Anthony Thompson, owner of Morinville Flooring, in Alberta, Canada. Thompson, reacting to customer complaints, decided to speak with manufacturers about a sealer and cleaning product. 'It was an involved process. With the help of a chemist, we worked with three different manufacturers and had two prototypes before we were satisfied with the Lamanator Plus product line," said Thompson. Lamanator Plus has been available in Canada since 2004.

The product line includes Surface Prep, Restore, and Buff Dry Cleaner. The products are easy to apply and are completely biodegradable. The two-step laminate restore system retails for about ten cents per square foot. Maintaining the improved appearance is made easy with the Buff Dry Floor Cleaner, which leaves no residue or film behind.

Prior to this partnership, Lamanator Plus was distributed directly out of Canada, where it originated.
