Las Vegas—Surfaces 2006 certainly had its share of energy and excitement, and one of the places buzzing with activity was Floor Covering News’ booth on the main show floor where the publication kicked off its 20th anniversary celebration by giving away 20 portable DVD players during the three-day event.

Approximately 1,000 attendees registered for the chance to win one of the machines, which along with movies play music CDs and MP3s.

“This was a great way to begin our 20th anniversary celebration,” said Mike Blick, FCNews’ vice president and publisher. “We thank everyone who participated and congratulate the 20 winners.”
