The Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Show is set to take place in London from the 18th - 20th May 2014. It’s one of the biggest events within the interior design sector and attracts large crowds of people to discover information about the latest trends and supplies. This three day long event gives exhibitors a chance to showcase their innovative designs, latest products, new services and accessories.
Some of the latest products and accessories include:
• Bathroom Furnishings and Basins
• Bathroom Appliances
• Kitchen Tools and Appliances
• Furniture and Mirrors for Bathrooms and Bedrooms
At the event, there will be numerous exhibitors who are all participating in this huge event which is very well known around the world. This event is ideal for any supplier of kitchens, bedroom furniture and bathroom appliances looking for new ideas and supplies.
Some of the main visitors attending this event will be architects, developers, retailers and interior designers. Many people from these four different industries find a lot of new materials and furniture pieces they can use in their stores and home designs. There will also be some very important buyers at the Kitchen, Bathroom and Bedroom Show which could end up stocking a large amount of certain items. The buyers are looking for bathroom appliances, kitchen tools, bedroom furniture and many more items.
Bathroom specialists, Victoria Plumb, are looking forward to the event next May and can’t wait to see what new designs and materials have been used. This year, there were many other shows which took place to fit in along with the May Design Series, including INTERIORS LDN, The ARC Show and DX. These three shows were also held at the Excel in London and featured many new and interesting interior design choices, including bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens.
Some of the exhibitors which attended this year’s show and will most probably be there next year include Abode, Vogue, Laguna and Inspired Furniture Limited. These big brand names had their own exhibits and were showing off their new designs and ideas to people within the interior design, retail, and architecture industries.
There were also Innovation Awards given out at the May Design Series event. They recognised outstanding product innovation from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and tile industries. The judges thought long and hard about who should be given each award and the lucky winners were:
The Judges Choice Award: HPP LtdThe Visitors Choice Award: RocaThe People’s Choice Award: Rodi Sinks and IdeasFrom this roundup of events, we can begin to predict what to expect from kbb in 2014. There will be more awards handed out, some amazing new designs from large businesses and plenty of influential people to talk to.
Jason Walker, Director of Victoria Plumb, said: “We love attending the kbb event as we get the chance to see all the latest designs, accessories and bathroom appliances. We’re looking forward to seeing what the exhibitions have to offer and who will be crowned with The Judges Choice Award.”
During the 2013 show, there were a range of new designs that inspired many different businesses and suppliers who attended. These shows, which take place every year, help both small and large manufacturers, suppliers and designers to decide on what will be trending and what types of furniture people will be looking for. Without these types of shows, the world of architecture, retail and interior design would never blossom and continue to grow.
Victoria Plumb are very excited about the kbb event taking place next year and are keen to increase the awareness of the event. It will be attended by huge companies within the industry, all gathering together to find out about the latest design ideas.
