On April 17-20, CRI's Pat Jennings visited 'The Experience,' a trade show for the cleaning and restoration industry, held at The Hilton Clearwater Beach in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

'The Experience' has been previously known as 'Connections' and with the name change came some changes in the format as well. In 2013, The Experience held classroom education, live hands-on demonstrations, face-to-face networking and an expo for cleaning and restoration equipment, tools and products.

Through the show, Pat was able to spread the word about CRI's Seal of Approval program and encourage companies that are not currently involved to participate in the program. Along with SOA, she was able to point those in attendance to the vast resources available through the CRI website and blog.

'The Experience' is a biannual meeting and the second event of 2013 will be held in Las Vegas, NV.
