President Chris Zizza of New England’s premier wood floor specialists, C&R Flooring, is pleased to announce he is the very first recipient of the Longevity Honor Award – presented by the Builder’s Association of Greater Boston at the 2011 PRISM Award celebration on October 19th. This award honors Zizza for his many years in the building industry and is a fitting commendation as the company just celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Presented with all the 2011 PRISM winners at Boston’s House of Blues, this bi-annual awards event hosted over 400 builders, architects, interior designers, and other professionals from the home industry to celebrate exceptional achievement in design, construction, sales and marketing. Chris Zizza, also president of the Wood Flooring Inspectors of New England, was recognized as an expert in his field as well as an exceptional leader of his company, C&R Flooring, which he started in 1986. Over the past 25 years the company is consistently recognized for its expertise in all areas of flooring and floor maintenance, having received a number of honors including Best of Boston HOME in 2008 and 2010. The PRISM Awards, presented by the Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB), pay tribute to housing industry professionals for excellence in new construction, remodeling, design, sales and marketing, and a myriad of other categories directly related to the building and construction industry. Each entrant must be a member of the BAGB, or a Massachusetts-based business involved in the building industry.
