ST. LOUIS—The National Wood Flooring Association ( NWFA) named Frank Kroupa director of technical training.

Kroupa has more than 25 years of wood flooring experience. Since 1997, he has served as an NWFA technical school instructor and been on several NWFA committees, including technical education and technical manuals.

An NWFACP certified installer, sand and finisher, he holds NWFA Craftsman, Master Craftsman and Advanced Master degrees. Kroupa was NWFA technical advisor before his promotion.
