CLEVELAND— Tarkett has appointed Troy Burke to the newly created position of vice president of sales, residential division.

The industry newcomer will direct Tarkett Residential’s U.S. distribution sales team and contribute to the development of the organization’s strategic vision and distribution strategy, noted Bill Cralley, president of the company’s North American residential division. In addition, Burke will oversee the development of national and regional sales programs and promotions directed toward retailers, distributors and consumers.

Burke brings to Tarkett significant experience working with distributors and retailers of Fortune 500 consumer products companies, such as director and general manager of sales for both Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Proctor & Gamble.
