Home Depot Names President In Mexico Article Number: 48

GA, Sept. 4— The Home Depot has made Ricardo Saldivar regional president and
managing director of operations in Mexico. He will report directly to Anders
Moberg, president of the International Division, and will be based in Monterrey,
Mexico.
"Ricardo Saldivar brings great knowledge and experience to us at Home Depot
in this important capacity," said Moberg. "Having worked closely with
Ricardo through the acquisition and integration process of Total Home, I am
convinced he will be a valuable asset to help grow and expand the Home Depot
business in Mexico."
Saldivar was CEO of Total Home for the past two years while serving as chief
administrative officer of one of Grupo Alfa's divisions. He spent over 20 years
with Grupo Alfa, one of the leading corporations in Mexico and former owner of
Total Home, where he held senior executive positions in different industries and
joint ventures.
