BRISTOL, VA.—Universal Fibers Systems (UFS) has promoted Marc Ammen to the position of CEO. The decision came following the resignation of Bentley Park. Ammen most previously held the position of co-CEO/CFO.

UFS consists of two operating companies, Universal Fibers and Premiere Fibers. Ammen has been with UFS for nine years. According to Bill Goodman, director of sales/marketing, Park and Ammen have both been “instrumental in establishing Universal’s strategic direction as a leading manufacturer of specialty fibers committed to innovation.”
