DALTON— Shaw Industries’ Ultraloc Pattern, Teklok, EcoLogix and EcoWorx commercial product systems have been certified as ecofriendly products under ANSI/NSF-140, otherwise known as the National Sustainable Carpet Standard.

The mill achieved platinum status, the standard’s highest rating, for its EcoWorx, EcoWorx Broadloom and EcoLogix product systems, and a gold certification for its Ultraloc Pattern and Teklok systems.

“The certification of Shaw’s commercial product systems under NSF-140 is further evidence of our products’ ability to successfully meet the exacting requirements of multi-attribute lifecycle evaluations,” noted Jeff West, Shaw’s commercial director of sustainability.

Shaw NSF-140-certified products are offered through Shaw Contract Group and the new Patcraft and Designweave.
