JACKSONVILLE, FLA.—Developed as an answer for runners and small rugs creeping on slick surface hard floors, No-Muv has launched the Omni pad, a new non-skid rug pad. The new, patent-pending Omni pad is approximately 1/16-inch thick and represents state-of-the-art technology. It is also hypoallergenic.

Charles Mussallem, president, suggests retailers try it on their hardest-use applications and particularly where a low-profile cushion is desired, such as with needlepoints, flat weaves and runners. “While there have been some improvements in rubber- based products, they have not held where constant wear comes in one direction,” he said. “The Omni pad is the first product we have seen that acts almost as if the rug was nailed to the floor.”

Omni can be used on hard surfaces or on carpet to prevent rugs from wrinkling and creeping. The product will be available through No-Muv’s distribution channels throughout the United States.
