In his new position, Sikka will be responsible for business development, sales and operations in the region, reporting to Rakesh Malhotra, Group Chief Operating officer of UGM

Sikka will play a key role in developing short and long-term strategic goals in order to meet corporate objective and implement UGM’s strategic plans. Sikka will partner with the Chicago team to guide UGM sales and achieve growth objectives through various sales and marketing initiatives. “UGM is constantly striving to set higher standards for customer service,” said Rakesh Malhotra, group chief operating officer of UGM. “Sikka is a task-oriented leader with a clear focus on performance. Prior to joining UGM, Sikka gained 17 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development at organizations such as Mitsubishi Corporation and ITC Global Holdings. Sikka holds a degree in engineering with a major in mechanical engineering, and a post-graduate diploma in international business.
