Dallas—Surfaces continues to expand, aiming to cover more space on the show floor in 2008 than ever before, as well as unveiling three new pavilions - New Product, Decorative Concrete and Hand-Crafted Tile.

The new pavilions will provide exhibitors with increased space to introduce their most recent and innovative products to the industry, many of which have never been featured before, according to Karen Romano, sales manager for Surfaces.

Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to promote their latest and greatest products released since Surfaces 2007in the New Pavilion, which will be located at the entrance of Hall G.

Romano attributes the addition of the Decorative Concrete and Hand-Crafted Tile Pavilions to the increasing demand for the latest in specialty floor covering products. She said these pavilions will showcase companies offering a variety of products within the two categories from rich, bold, concrete offerings to distinct, handmade custom tiles. These new specialty products are the hottest trends in floor covering, and we feel it is important to give them a dedicated area on the show floor that differentiates them from the thousands of other products attendees will see at the show.

After an impressive turnout of 38,246 retailers, manufacturers, distributors, architects, designers, builders and installers at this years show, the industry is already preparing for Surfaces 2008, which will be held Jan. 30 to Feb. 1 at the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas.
