Pinnacle shows merchandising ‘Innovation’

Dallas—Hardwood flooring supplier Pinnacle Interior Elements recently held a meeting here in which all but one of its distributors attended. The focal point was the mill’s plans for the next five years, beginning with a new marketing program and display system called the Innovation Display.

“The marketing campaign is called The State of Style and will be directly tied into the print work within the display as well as our Surfaces ’07 booth,” said Brenda Cashion, vice president of sales, “and will carry through 2006 and into 2007.

“All the distributors were very supportive and excited about the new program, which allows them to showcase all our product lines in less space than our current display units. We show more than 100 SKUs totaling 400 square feet of flooring with a footprint of less than 14 square feet. Each sample is a full 21 x 28, which allows greater exposure of the unique detailing of the majority of our line.”

Distributors represented at the meeting included Adleta Corp., Belknap White, Cain & Bultman, The Cronin Co., Golden State Flooring, Longust Distributing, Midwest Floor Covering, Ohio Valley Flooring, Readers Wholesale and W.C. Tingle.
