DALTON—Mac Bridger, president and CEO of oth the Tandus Group and its Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings subsidiary, will resign no later than Jan. 21, 2007. He previously had announceded his resignation from both boards effective Aug. 31.

Tandus is in the process of searching for a new CEO. Bridger will stay on through the transition period and will consult with the company after the new CEO is hired.
