Santa Ana, California -President Craig Lapeere has named industry sales executive Rich DeOrzio to the newly created position of executive vice president of sales for Fabrica. For the past nine years, DeOrzio has held the position of northeast regional vice president for
Masland Carpets and Rugs. Masland and Fabrica are both owned by The
Dixie Group, based in Chattanooga Tennessee. Prior to joining Masland, DeOrzio served as a sales vice president for Lees Carpets, a division of
Burlington Industries..

DeOrzio holds a degree in marketing from the University of Dayton. He and his wife Carol live in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and have two grown children, Stacey and Christopher.
