| Article | Atlanta—Invista’s booth at Surfaces 2006 will have more than just the latest products featuring Stainmaster, it will have a whole new look as one of the industry’s most recognizable brands has been redesigned. A new logo for Stainmaster is being unveiled at the show in a move to “more accurately convey its current brand image as a style and fashion leader,” said Alan Wolk, president of Invista Interiors. The new look comes from the Stainmaster brand branching beyond its original use. When it was first introduced in 1986, the stain protection was for just broadloom; today it can be found in rugs; carpet cushion; resilient flooring, and starting this spring, furniture, with products such as sofas, loveseats, chairs and ottomans. “Now that Stainmaster products are available in other home furnishings,” he said, “our new logo gives an updated and sophisticated look to how the brand is represented in the marketplace.” For more information, call 800/328-7719. |
