James has built an eighteen-year career as one of the most influential interior designers in the United States and is the owner of James Swan & Co. of Beverly Hills as well as being a featured design partner with Ballard Designs. Contributing to the book is award-winning journalist Carol Beggy, a former writer and editor for the Boston Globe.
