Article	August 30, 2010 (Baar, Switzerland) - Pergo, the inventor and leading manufacturer of laminate flooring, announced that Ralf Eisermann will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Pergo, LLC. The Pergo Group today announced a global realignment of its operations, designed to improve and capitalize on synergies within its worldwide activities. As part of the realignment, Ralf Eisermann, currently the Chief Executive Officer of Pergo AG, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Pergo, LLC, the Group’s US affiliate, and David Hartman will handle sales and marketing in North America. George R. Kelley will resign as President and CEO of Pergo, LLC, effective September 1, 2010, but will remain as a consultant to the Company. “Mr. Kelley joined Pergo in 2007 after Pfleiderer AG acquired the Company and effectively handled and completed the integration of Pergo into the Pfleiderer Group,” said Pawel Wyrzykowski, the Chairman of Pergo, LLC’s Board of Directors. “We wish George great success in his new endeavors, and we are very pleased that George has agreed to act as a consultant to Pergo after September 1.” About Pergo Pergo is the inventor and world’s leading marketer and manufacturer of high-quality laminate flooring.
