| Article | SALEM, NJ – April 5, 2010 – Mannington Mills, Inc. has announced that it will implement a 6-percent price increase on all Residential and Commercial resilient products, effective with shipments on June 1, 2010. “We continue to experience rising raw material costs that can no longer be absorbed. Fortunately, the industry is on the rebound and the worst part of the downturn seems to be behind us. We are hopeful that these raw material costs will stabilize soon and we can all begin to benefit from the improving economy,” said Tom Davis, President and CEO. The increase will affect both the U.S. and Canada, and will include resilient sheet and tile products, accessories, and sundries.
