In all too many cases businesses are more than happy making the initial sale, but perform miserably when service is needed afterward. This is not the case with Bath Fitter of Ocala, Florida. Having made a sizeable investment in remodeling our master and guest baths in June of 2007, we needed something corrected in our master bath and so I called and talked to Melanie, our customer service representative in Ocala. Not only did she remember me after all of this time, she actually showed a rare eagerness to see that the situation was rectified. What helped us decide to do business with Bath Fitter was their Limited Lifetime Quality Assurance Product Warranty. It clearly states “We will repair or replace any defective unit at our discretion at no charge.” Melanie immediately scheduled an appointment a week later for their head installer Henrik Duirlin to come out and assess the problem. Henrik arrived on time and was the most pleasant service tech I have ever met. He walked in, assessed the situation and determined that the entire master bath walls had to be redone. He spent most of a full day doing just that. What impressed me the most was the fact that I didn’t need to do any campaigning or negotiating with this company, I merely made a single phone call and couldn’t have had a more pleasant outcome. Needless to say, the job turned out excellent. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. We would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone that has a bathroom remodeling project and is looking for a totally water-tight product and installation.
