| Article | DALLAS, September 9, 2009 – Daltile, the largest U.S. manufacturer and distributor of ceramic tile and natural stone, has launched Stone Radiance, a stylish, new collection that brings together translucent glass tiles and natural stone in random linear mosaic patterns and popular micro-sized mosaic color blends. “Mixing the contemporary look of glass with the timeless beauty of natural stone is as popular as ever. Add to that the stylish looks of mosaic tiles and random linear patterns and you have Stone Radiance – all in a palette of trend-right color combinations,” said Lori Kirk-Rolley, senior marketing director at Daltile. Stone Radiance combines the varied color tones of marble and travertine with sleek glass tile, the most popular colors from Daltile’s Maracas Glass and Glass Reflections product lines. Its clean, sophisticated color combinations come in five blends (Kinetic Khaki blend; Whisper Green blend; Morning Sun/Tortoise/Mushroom blend; Mushroom/Morning Sun blend; and Wisteria/Tortoise blend), each available in two mesh-mounted patterns: 5/8” x 5/8” mosaics and a random linear pattern that mixes 5/8” mosaics and random-sized liners. Stone Radiance is suitable for walls and backsplashes in both residential and commercial settings, as well as exterior walls in freezing and non-freezing climates.
