Article DALTON—Mohawk has just made it easier for retailers and their salespeople to both participate and earn rewards in its various incentive programs by infusing its Wear-Dated “Rewards for Life” program with its most popular program, Infinite Rewards.

The move makes it easier for retail sales associates to claim points and manage their reward accounts, noted Mike Zoellner, Mohawk’s vice president of marketing services. “Everything is in one place, in a format that’s easy to understand and track.”

No points were lost as part of the combination, he added. In addition, under the Rewards for Life promotion participants continue to earn points every day for selling Wear-Dated styles. In Canada, Rewards for Life points transferred to the Air Miles program that is part of Infinite Rewards.

While points from each program have been interchangeable for some time, Zoellner said “The Infinite Rewards platform is newer and has more capability. It made sense to combine the programs under the Mohawk Infinite Rewards banner.”
