| Article | SAINT-GEORGES, QUEBEC,— Boa-Franc, the manufacturer of the Mirage brand of hardwood flooring, announced that, as of the beginning of April, it has been in compliance with the Lacey Act. In complying with this law, Boa-Franc makes international environmental protection a priority as part of its progressive approach to sustainable development, noted Luc Robitaille, vice president of marketing at Boa-Franc. “The Mirage brand guarantees customers a peace of mind by providing them with hardwood floors using natural resources from soundly managed and legally harvested forests.” Boa-Franc also announced all Mirage Lock brand products manufactured as of May 1 are in full compliance with Phase 1 of CARB 93120 certification and will thus meet the California Air Resource Board’s Airborne Toxic Control Measure to Reduce Formaldehyde Emissions.
