The Officers were voted in by members during the Association’s Annual Business and Technical Conference …. Total Solutions. The Chairs are appointed by Executive Director, Bart Bettiga, with recommendations from the Executive Committee. "The NTCA is blessed to have a dedicated group of individuals devoted to the trade and the mission of our Association.”, declared Bart Bettiga, Executive Director of the NTCA. “They graciously give their time and leadership to our association through their involvement in these important committees.
