| Article | ST. LOUIS—CCA Global Partners has appointed Rick Penhallegon vice president of commercial flooring, a newly created position. Penhallegon brings 15 years of industry experience to CCA, most recently as a multiline agent in Texas representing multiple commercial flooring manufacturers. He also spent several years as a territory manager for both Shaw and Mohawk. Penhallegon began his flooring career at an independently owned store in Dallas.
