| Article | LAS VEGAS—The International Standards and Training Alliance (INSTALL) will be an active participant at Surfaces ’09 with demonstrations and seminars to help attendees better understand professional installation. INSTALL will team with partners Forbo and Bentley Prince Street on separate demos—resilient and carpet, respectively. The organization will also host two education seminars. One features a panel of partners—FCNews “Claims File” columnist Lew Migliore of LGM & Associates, Dewey Taylor of Dewey E. Taylor & Associates, and Ray Thompson of the Ray Thompson Floor Covering Institute—offering insight and advice for a number of install problems. INSTALL director John McGrath will present the second session on strategies for recognizing professional installers.
